Meet Mr and Mrs Furry Bairns

We're Danielle and Rab. We've had dogs all our lives, and we both have day jobs, Danielle at Edinburgh Airport and Rab as a Class 2 driver for Moore Equipment Hire, so this wee business is a real passion for us.

Mr and Mrs Furry Bairns are Uncle and Auntie to all our beautiful furry bairn customers.

The humans

  • Danielle, aka Mrs Furry Bairns

    Lifelong dog lover and the one who's always on the hunt for new treats to try. She'll also tell you Chase was the fussiest dog she's ever met.

  • Rab, aka Mr Furry Bairns

    If you've had a local delivery, chances are Rab was your driver, and we bet he couldn't not say hello to your furry bairn.

The bairns who started it all

  • Cupar

    Our black lab and the inspiration for Furry Bairns. Food was his everything! We lost him in April 2023.

  • Chase

    Our rescue German Shepherd, the fussiest dog ever and such a lovable big dafty. He left us to be with his brother Cupar in February 2025.

  • Furry Bairns Fayre and Dog Show

    Our very own fayre and dog show in September 2025 was a huge success, with over 700 people coming along.

  • Out and about

    2026 has seen us exhibit at the Ideal Home Show Scotland, Truckfest Scotland and quite a few other awesome events.

  • Giving back

    We're proud to donate to the Cyrenians Pet Pantry, based in the walled garden at Dollar Park, Falkirk, helping local pet owners keep their furry bairns fed.

  • What's next

    We're hoping to host pop-ups for other local businesses, giving them a platform to showcase their amazing talents.
